MATTAPOISETT — On Friday, Feb. 21 at 1 p.m., Mark Parisi, the creator of “Off the Mark” and the Marty Pants books, will be coming to the library to teach character design.
Parisi will be sharing all he has learned as a cartoon artist through fun, laughter, and sketching. The event is recommended for ages 9 and up.
Participants should register before Feb. 14.
