Explore the sweet side of the culinary world with a four week course on baking. Course participants will learn how to make baked and unbaked pies, filled shortbread cookies, sourdough bread and some festive cupcake decorating techniques. 

The course is open to teens and adults 14 and older, and will start on Feb. 28 and run every Thursday through March 21 from 6 to 9 p.m. The cost for the course is $195 and includes instruction costs and materials costs for the baked goods, which participants can enjoy after classes. 

The class will be capped at 10 people.
