The Mattapoisett town clerk's office has announced that this year's harbor related bills for boat owners will be late in arriving due to a new computer program software revision.

Boat owners will still have a full 60 days to pay their mooring dinghy dock, skiff and wharf dockage fees when they are mailed out.
