Children and parents are invited to build homes for gnomes, fairies, and elves at the Mattapoisett Library on Saturday, November 17.

Two sessions are being held with artist Paula Cobb. The morning session will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The afternoon session will run from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Registration is required. Please call the children’s department at 508-758-4171.

Please bring moss, acorns, nuts, shells, small pinecones, branches, twigs, and a platform to build upon, such as an empty plastic gallon milk container as well as your imagination.

The library is located at 7 Barstow Street.
