MATTAPOISETT — A cat and dog rabies clinic will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Sunday, April 24 at the old Mattapoisett Fire Station, 26 County Road.

The fee is $15 per animal. The event is open to all people from all communities.

Licensing will also be available for Mattapoisett pets.

Cats must be in carriers and dogs must be leashed.

The event is sponsored by the Natural Resource Department and the Mattapoisett Animal Hospital .
