Cecil Clark Davis Walking Tour

The Marion Art Center will host a guided walking tour of the fascinating work of Cecil Clark Davis, a prominent portrait artist and Marion summer resident during Marion’s “Golden Age.”
The tour will be led by Wendy Bidstrup, author of “Cecil Clark Davis: A Self Portrait (1877-1955).” The tour will begin at the Marion Music Hall, continue to the Sippican Historical Society, and finish at the Art Center, where participants can enjoy conversation and tea accompanied by some delicious sweets and savories. To enrich the experience and discussion, three local arts historians will accompany us on our tour.
Note: Please arrive at the Marion Music Hall before 2 p.m.
