MATTAPOISETT — The Mattapoisett Council on Aging’s monthly newsletter delivery service will be cancelled as of March 15, 2024, announced the organization in a press release. 

However, Mattapoisett residents who still want to receive the newsletter for free by mail can contact the Council on Aging by phone at 508-758-4110 or by email at coadirector@mattapoisett.net. 

Non-residents who want a home delivery of the Council on Aging newsletter can sent $5 by cash, check or money order to PO Box 528, Mattapoisett MA, 02739. Any non-residents who have paid within the past 12 months will have their service continue. 

The Mattapoisett Council on Aging newsletter will still be available online at www.mattapoisett.net/council-aging. Paper copies of the newsletter will continue to be available at the Mattapoisett Council on Aging, Mattapoisett Town Hall, Mattapoisett Library, Mattapoisett Laundromat, 7-Eleven, Uncle John’s Coffee, Shipyard Galley, Turk’s Seafood, Mattapoisett Diner, Courtyard Restaurant, Jake’s Diner, Nick’s Pizza, Ying Dynasty, Sweet Ginger, Mike’s Restaurant and Southcoast Health locations in Wareham and Fairhaven.
