The churches of St. Anthony in Mattapoisett and St. Rita in Marion invite all to attend the 50th annual Christmas Fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5. The event will be held at St. Anthony’s Church Hall, 22 Barstow St., Mattapoisett.

There will be malasadas for breakfast and a hot lunch, plus plenty of home baked goods. Wreaths and fresh holiday greens, handmade ornaments and gifts, Silpada jewelry, kitchenware from the Pampered Chef, personalized, embroidered gifts by Fresh LuLu Design and handcrafted rosaries will be on sale.

The themed basket raffle is celebrating local artisans and stores for the anniversary. Children will enjoy the toy shop, craft workshop or a visit with Santa. The fair accepts all major credit cards. Parking is free and the hall is handicap accessible via the Barstow Street entrance.
