Christmas trees will be collected in Mattapoisett the weeks of Jan. 4 and Jan. 15. Trees should be placed curbside by 7 a.m. on the day of regularly scheduled trash pickup.

Trees will also be accepted at the Transfer Station on Tinkham Hill Road.

Trees in plastic bags or trees with ornaments will not be collected.
