Helping Hands and Hooves, which provides equine therapy, held its annual Christmas Day Swim on Saturday. Thirty brave swimmers plunged into the cold water at the Mattapoisett Town Beach, with many supporters on hand to cheer them on, reported Debbi Dyson, who co-founded the organization. 

“It was nice to reconnect with friends in a COVID safe way,” Dyson said.
