The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Marion has named two associates of the month for April.

Marion resident Carol Shannon and Carver resident Mariann Wilcox both achieved the highest number of sales for the month of April.

Marie Lovely, sales manager of the office, said both women are "dedicated" and strongly committed to the profession.

Shannon entered the real estate business in 1992 and has lived in Marion for 35 years. Wilcox, an educator and self-employed businesswoman previously, has worked in real estate since 2010. Wilcox is also a "chief negotiating specialist" for Coldwell Banker.
