MARION — As winter melts away, the Sippican Land Trust is offering events throughout March to get outside and enjoy the start of spring.

On Saturday, March 15 at 9:30 a.m., join Tadhg Irving from Outhounds Adventure and Training Academy for a walk at 42-52 Old Indian Trail in Marion at White Eagle. The event is free and dogs are encouraged to join, registration is requested.

The Sippican Land Trust advises attendees to join in the fun at the Hoff Property parking lot. Leashes will be available for the walk, but those participating must bring their own pet waste bags.

Later on in the afternoon, bring boots and join Carolyn Trepolt Saturday, March 15 at 2 p.m. for an early spring walk through the Sippican Land Trust’s seldom visited properties.

The hike is free, but donations are accepted. The event will begin at the Marion Institute/Baldwin Brothers parking lot at 204 Spring Street.
