Boater owners who tie up dinghies at Mello and Barstow Wharves dinghy dock floats are being asked to remove their crafts by Oct. 31.

Owners who do not remove their boats from the floats risk having the boats removed at the owner's expense by the harbormaster's office starting on Nov. 3.
