ROCHESTER — A Rochester Police officer was transported to Tobey Hospital on Thursday night after her cruiser was hit by another driver. 

The officer was treated for non-life-threatening injuries, and has since been released from the hospital. 

Police Chief Robert Small said the  other driver may not have stopped at the intersection and struck the cruiser. The crash is still under investigation.
