The First Congregational Church of Marion welcomes all families and children in the area to the Homecoming Sunday Picnic and Sunday School Registration, on Sunday, Sept. 13. The service starts at 10 a.m. at 28 Main St. Picnic to follow at 11:15 a.m. at 10 Cottage St. Both events are free.

Sunday school is for all children ages 5 to 18 years. School meets during services every week. Activities include youth group, confirmation classes, outreach and community service opportunities, field trips, youth band, children’s choir, open house and children’s Sunday, among others. For more information, call the church office at 508-748-1058.
