ROCHESTER — New beginnings are promoted Saturday, March 29, in the Fellowship Hall at First Congregational Church of Rochester.

A ladies fellowship lunch will be held starting at 11:30 a.m. with food served at noon. The theme is “A Fresh Start,” and Bonnie Merrill of Living Power Ministry will be the guest speaker.
