Food writer to speak at Taber Library Nov. 15

The Elizabeth Taber Library will present an author talk with John F. Carafoli on Tuesday, Nov. 15 at 6:30 p.m.

Carafoli will discuss his latest book, “Great Italian American Food in New England: History, Traditions & Memories.” A book signing will follow the lecture.

Carafoli is a food stylist, consultant and food writer. He wrote “Food Photography and Styling,” “Cape Cod Chef’s Table,” “Recipes from Buzzards Bay to Provincetown” and two children’s cookbooks, “Look Who’s Cooking” and “The Cookie Cookbook.”

He work has been in the New York Times, The Journal of Food and Culture, the Boston Globe and Gastronomica.
