MATTAPOISETT — St. Anthony and St. Rita’s parish will host its annual Christmas by the Sea Bazaar on Saturday, Dec. 7 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 26 Hammond St.

Seasonal handcrafted gifts, decorations and stocking stuffers will be offered by local vendors, including wooden and leather wares, honey, ornaments, seashell art, all types of sewn, crocheted, knitted and quilted items such as stuffed animals, hats, mittens and bags, carved wooden birds, jewelry, and more.

Live festive music will greet attendees upon arrival.

The event will also have an assortment of decorated wreaths and greens arrangements, gift baskets and art raffles including a grand raffle where someone will take home $1,000.

There will also be a toy shop, cookie decorating, a bake sale and a variety of refreshments.

All proceeds will benefit St. Anthony-St. Rita parish initiatives, including providing college book scholarships to local high school seniors.
