MATTAPOISETT — Learn more about First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy’s project to restore the state room of the White House in a lecture hosted by the Mattapoisett Museum on January 14 from 6 to 7 p.m. via Zoom. 

The lecture will be given by the Kennedy Library Foundation docent coordinator Katherine Gilliland. The lecture will give a behind-the-scenes look at the first lady's project to restore the rooms of the White House and preserve its history through archival documents and photographs from the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library collections.
