Hiller’s Cove open to shellfishing

MATTAPOISETT — Hiller’s Cove in Mattapoisett was opened to shellfishing on Jan. 1, and will remain open until May 1, unless otherwise noted.
The Massachusetts Division of Marine Fisheries determines whether to open or close the area to shellfishing, based on seasonal changes in water quality.
