Residents interested in the future of Mattapoisett’s Open Space, including conservation areas and recreational areas are encouraged to fill out a survey and/or attend an informational meeting on Thursday, April 25 at Old Hammond Town School Cafeteria, from 7 to 9 p.m.

The survey is posted on the town website at http://www.mattapoisett.net. Print copies of the survey are available at Town Hall, Senior Center, and at the Mattapoisett Library. At the information session, there will be a discussion of the purpose of the plan, work to date, and goals and objectives for the next seven years.

A summary of the draft Open Space and Recreation Plan is available on the town website or at Town Hall for review prior to the meeting.
