Fly a kite with the Marion Recreation Department on Sunday, Aug. 17 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Silvershell Beach.

The beach is open to residents of Marion and Rochester. Current resident stickers must be displayed on the vehicle. Non-residents may buy a one day pass for the beach at the front gate for $10 per vehicle.
