MARION — Swing by the Marion Natural History Museum on Wednesday, March 15 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. for pendulum painting as the museum accelerates its study of gravity as a force of creativity. After the matter of the splatter, the workshop will have one more surprise project — so bring a smock and get ready to rock.

About the instructor: Marion Natural History Museum Board Member and lifelong artist Karen Alves has taught at Bridgewater State University for 16 years where her curriculum and teaching style helped hundreds of students create new career paths for themselves so they could love what they do. She has also taught at Tabor Academy and in small groups.
