MARION — Join Historic New England on March 30 at 5:30 p.m. for an online lecture: “Wood Windows and Your Old house.”

The talk will tackle misconceptions about drafts and wooden windows in old homes, and guide homeowners through how to improve their homes’ energy efficiency

Historic New England will help homeowners learn how to identify problems and assess repair work, and see how old wood windows stack up against modern replacements.

The lecture will be presented by Natasha Klemek, Preservation Carpenter at Historic New England.

The event is free to attend, but those interested must register in advance.
