Mattapoisett will hold its Veterans Day service on Saturday, Nov. 11, at 11 a.m. at Old Hammondtown School.

Meanwhile, Marion's Annual Veterans Day Ceremony will take place on Saturday, Nov. 11, at 11 a.m. at Old Landing Veterans Park on Front Street.

Guest speakers at Marion’s event will include Marine Corps Master Gunnery Sergeant and Operations Chief Peter O'Brien and Lieutenant Commander, H60 Engineering Officer at Air Station Cape Cod Sean Stadig.

The Sippican School Band led by Hannah Moore will perform selections of patriotic music.

According to Tri-Town Veterans Service Officer Christopher Gerrior, there are no public Veteran’s Day events on Nov. 11 in Rochester.
