The Marion Art Center Members Show begins its near three-month run on January 13 with an opening reception from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

All members in good standing with the Marion Art Center were able to submit two pieces to be included in the exhibition. The work had to be new (completed in the last three years), size could not exceed 1200 square inches, could not have been shown at the Art Center before, framed and labeled with the artist’s name, title and include a retail price.

All mediums are included in the show; watercolors, oils, acrylics and pastel paintings, as well as photographs, collage and sculptures.

The reception is open to the public.

Gallery hours are Tuesday – Friday 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
