The Tri-Town Area League of Women Voters annual Marion Candidates’ Night will be Thursday, April 28 at 7 p.m. in the Music Hall.

This is an opportunity for citizens to meet and hear the views of candidates seeking seats on town boards and committees.

Candidates will introduce themselves and present their reasons and credentials for running. A question and answer session will follow the presentations.

Nomination papers are currently available at the Town Clerk’s office for interested candidates. Papers must be returned by 5 p.m. on Friday, March 25.

The election will be on Friday, May 13.
