The Marion Council on Aging will be hosting a Chronic Disease Self-Management Program entitled “My Life My Health” beginning on Wednesday September 14th through October 19th from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

This six week class meets once a week for 6 weeks. If living with a persistent health condition is preventing you from really living please plan on attending this wonderful workshop.  Contact the COA at 508 748-3570.
