MARION — Police received a call about a two-car motor vehicle crash on Route 105 at 1:31 p.m. which sent a 74 year-old to Tobey Hospital to evaluate his injuries. 

According to Police Chief John Garcia, a 74-year-old Marion resident and 20-year-old Rochester resident were both traveling north on 105. 

One car was in the left lane and the second was in the right lane, approaching County Road, when the 74-year-old tried to turn around by making a right turn and struck the other car.
