MARION — The town confirmed Friday it will be holding its annual Independence Day parade. 

“Based on the latest guidance and regulations from the state we are pleased to share that the Town of Marion will hold our annual Independence Day Parade!” read an email sent to residents. 

The parade will begin at 9 a.m. on Monday, July 5. 

Details on how to register for the parade will be coming in the days ahead.
