Marion Police donate toys to foster children

For the fifth year, the Marion Police Department collected gifts to donate to Justice Resource Institute. The toys will be given to foster parents so they can wrap them as Christmas gifts.
Robert Costa, the first-year program director from JRI, couldn't believe the amount of gifts the department had managed to collect.
"It's unbelievable," he said. "It's overwhelming and much appreciated."
