MARION — Marion’s annual Town Meeting will be held Monday, May 13 followed by the town election Friday, May 17.

Those who wish to vote at Town Meeting or in the election must register to vote by Friday, May 3. The town clerk’s office will be open until 5 p.m. May 3, or register online until 11:59 p.m. at sec.state.ma.us.

Those who have received a postcard from the Secretary of the Commonwealth titled “I Want to Vote” and checked the “All Elections” box will be receiving a ballot from the town. The ballots were mailed Thursday, April 24.

Marion is offering in-person early voting during regular business hours at the town clerk’s office beginning Monday, May 6 until Wednesday, May 15. Voting at the Cushing Community Center on May 17 will be held from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. A sample ballot is available at marionma.gov.
