The Zeiterion Performing Arts Center will host the 7th Annual DooWop “Rock and Remember” concert, on Friday, April 20 at 8 p.m.

The three-hour show features Shirley Reeves, founder and original lead singer of the Shirelles, Charlie Thomas and his Drifters, The Tune Weavers, and the Edsels.

DooWop7 will also include the Tune Weavers, led by John Sylvia, of Marion, Charlotte Davis Rose, Alice Fernandes and Dr. Burt Pina.  They perform at doo-wop and rock’n’roll events nationwide and performed the PBS series “My Music.”
