The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Marion announced that Marion resident MaryAnn Hayes, a sales associate, has achieved the Sales Associate of the Year award. Hayes received the honor for achieving the highest sales volume for 2016 in the Marion office.

“I am very happy to congratulate MaryAnn on this hard-earned recognition. She works night and day for her clients, dedicated to attaining maximum results in their real estate transactions,” said Roy Walker, sales manager of the Marion brokerage office.

Hayes entered the real estate business in 1986. Locally, she is an active volunteer in the Community Nurse & Hospice Care and Marion Council on Aging and a member of the Sippican Woman’s Club.
