Chef Mary is preparing exquisite fare including shrimp cocktail, brie and apple crostini, beef tenderloin carving station, pumpkin raviolis, and more. There will also be charcuterie and dessert Stations.

Local musician Rebecca Coriera will be traveling from Nashville to provide entertainment.

The event will have drawings from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., a Silent Auction from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., and a Live Auction from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The silent auction is up and available for online bidding now at 32auctions.com/mbystrong.

They are currently listing 36 items with more added every day. In addition to the items listed, they also have many local gift cards and certificates. Some of these will be included in gift baskets for drawings and some will be available at the silent auction.

The online auction will close at 2 p.m. on Oct. 20.

Select items will be auctioned off at the Bay Club that evening by John "JB" Bodenmann.

We are still looking for more donations for the silent auction. If you'd like to contribute, email Dave at davidjameshorne@gmail.com.

Online bidding opened about 10 days ago and thus far $7,885 has been raised through online bids.

If you have any trouble creating an account for silent auction bidding, email Dave Horne at davidjameshorne@gmail.com.

To avoid paying service fees, we're asking that all auction items be paid for by check payable to Mattapoisett Boatyard. We will also accept cash.

You can also still make a cash donation through the GoFundMe page, which is now over $90,000.
