MATTAPOISETT — Starting July 7, Mattapoisett Congregational Church, UCC, will worship Sunday mornings at 9 a.m. in Reynard Hall.

The summer theme is “Sacred Rhythms,” celebrating the holy balance of all of life’s activities.

All the usual worship elements will be there, including music, prayer, scripture and sermon. But the mood will be more upbeat and casual. Worshippers are encouraged to dress comfortably and bring their own coffee. On the first Sunday of the month the church will hold an open or inclusive Communion.
