Aubrey Lambalot has lived in and loved the city of New Bedford since the day she was born there. As a new Jack Conway Mattapoisett Realtor, she is eager to market this area and other South Coast communities to the world.

“After renovating my first home at 22, I fell in love with real estate and the properties themselves,” said Aubrey, a former cosmetologist, who joined the Conway-Mattapoisett office three days after getting her Massachusetts salesperson license in February. “I appreciate the unique character of every house and how it can become something so special for the people who live there.”

Aubrey attended pre-licensing classes at the Dartmouth campus of the Conway School of Real Estate, and after passing the state exam, decided to launch her career in Conway Country. “The instructors in the course were wonderful and they spoke so highly of their company,” she said. “Also, I’m engaged to be married—my fiance’s aunt has been a Jack Conway Realtor for many years and loves it here.”

A 2009 graduate of New Bedford High School, Aubrey is looking forward to working with other young people to help them realize their dreams of homeownership. “There is nothing as exciting as buying your first house,” she said. “And as a homeowner and investor myself, I can share my knowledge with others who are ready to make this major investment in their lives.”

As a Conway Realtor, Aubrey hopes to make a “great connection” with her clients from the day she meets them until their transaction closes. “For my buyers, I will work hard to find the house that will become their ‘home,’ the place they will enjoy making memories  in. And for my sellers, I will put 100 percent effort into getting their property sold as quickly as possible, with minimal stress, so they can move on to the next chapter of their lives.”
