Mattapoisett Museum to host fall popup shop

MATTAPOISETT — The Mattapoisett Museum will be hosting a fall pop-up shop on Saturday, Oct. 2, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Nine vendors will be setting up outdoor booths on the museum’s lawn to sell a variety of products.

The following vendors will be present: Grow Away Girl, handmade macramé and jewelry; Mattapoisett Sea Hag Etched Glass, a husband and wife team, veteran owned, bringing you etched glassware and gifts; Avo Maria specializing in hand-dyed clothing and accessories dyed with avocado pits and skins; My Oily Madness with handmade, custom designed, semi-precious gemstone-diffuser jewelry, essential oil accessories and more; CeCe & D, two sisters selling unique, vintage finds; Tinkham Town Gifts, upcycled, one of a kind gifts and home decor made mostly of repurposed items; Lux Picnix by C&G, sisters creating luxury picnics in the SouthCoast; Mattapoisett Women’s Club, Mattapoisett themed cards and daffodil bulbs for scholarship funds; and artist, David Walega, who will be selling limited edition prints, holiday and hand-printed cards along with original artwork.

Alongside the Pop-Up Shop, the museum will be open to visitors free of charge. Visitors can enjoy themselves while shopping for unique products and exploring any and all of the exhibits the museum currently has to offer.

Jessica DeCicco-Carey, a board member at the museum is, “really excited to have so many talented vendors participating for this pop-up.”
