MATTAPOISETT — From open mics to Halloween events, the Mattapoisett Museum has a number of events for all this month.

Open mic
The Mattapoisett Museum and Southcoast Lessons will be hosting its fifth Open Mic Night on Friday, Oct. 15 at 6 p.m. All ages and all genres welcome.

Old Time Fiddle Session
Join the museum for a gathering of traditional string band musicians and music lovers on Sunday, Oct. 24 at 1 p.m., with Old Time Fiddle Session.

Happy hauntings
Saturday, Oct. 30 from noon to 4 p.m., experience Happy Hauntings at the Mattapoisett Museum. Join the museum for spooky stories, a scavenger hunt, tarot card readings, and crafts. Registration is required for this event and can be completed online at mattapoisettmuseum.org.
