MARION — Meet the author of a book about living on a boat for two years sailing from New England to Grenada and back.

Kimberly J. Walsh, author of “Crew of Three: How Bold Dreams and Detailed Plans Launched Our Family's Sailing Adventures,” will be at the Elizabeth Taber Library on Tuesday, Sept. 24 at 6:30 p.m. 

Walsh is a ”a traveler, and a gardener, not a sailor” who “never dreamed” of the trip chronicled in her first book, according to Taber Library.

Walsh lives on the coast of Massachusetts with her husband and coonhound, and she enjoys hiking, cycling, kayaking and traveling when not working on their oyster farm or gardening, according to Taber Library.
