MATTAPOISETT — The Old Hammondtown School Chorus and Band played a variety of holiday music at their Winter Concert on Wednesday, Dec. 11.

Under the direction of Willow Dowling, the chorus performed "African Noel" (a traditional folk song), "Bring on the Snow!" by Jay Althouse,  and "Something Told the Wild Geese" by Andy Beck with Zoe Motta as soloist. In festive hats, a smaller choral group performed "Sparkle Jolly Twinkle Jingley" from the "Elf the Musical" with Penelope Angeley and Sasha Volkema as soloists. 

Under the direction of Christian Dow, holiday favorites were played by the Beginner Band, Concert Band and Jazz Band featuring Andrew Cutler, Sasha Volkema, Ivy Elger, Marley Mailloux, Isabel Marujo and Tessa Ripley, soloists.
