MATTAPOISETT — The Old Rochester Regional High School Sailing Team closed out their season with a record of 8 wins and 3 losses, earning fourth place among 14 sailing teams in the Cape and Islands League.

The team placed third at two competitions: the Cape and Islands Girl’s Fleet Racing Championships and the Crawford Cup, as part of the Figawi Race Weekend.

Additionally, the team placed fourth at the Cape and Islands Fleet Racing Championships.

The team also had their first appearance at the New England Girls Championship for the Rebecca Herreshoff Trophy in Portland, Maine, where they earned seventh place out of 34 schools.
