As the snow storm began to calm on Friday night, nearly all of NTAR's customers in Marion, Mattapoisett, and Rochester had power restored.

Roughly 9 percent of NSTAR's Marion customers were without power as of 7 a.m. Friday morning as a snow storm hit the South Coast.

By late Friday morning, less than one percent of NSTAR's customers in Mattapoisett and Rochester were reported to have lost power. Only one customer was reported to still be without power by Friday night.

Also due to the storm, the Old Rochester Regional schools have closed on Friday.
