The United States Marine Corps named Old Rochester Regional High School senior Rachael Fantoni of Marion a 2020 Semper Fidelis All American. Rachael is one of 96 students across the U.S. to be recognized for this honor. To become All American, students must have a 3.5 or higher GPA, be active in community service, play a competitive team sport and hold a leadership role in their school or community. 

The United States Marine Corps also recognizes the importance of building a support system to enable the success of the next generation and are honoring teacher and ORR girls varsity soccer team coach Jeff Lombard for the positive influence he had on Fantoni. The high school senior chose Lombard because of the profound impact that he has had in helping her achieve this honor.
