MATTAPOISETT — Annual census forms have been mailed out to all households in Mattapoisett and must be returned as promptly as possible.

Contact the Town Clerk’s office at 508-758-4100 if you have not received a census form.

Finished forms can be placed in the blue drop box in front of town hall or mailed using the included return envelope.

Dog license applications are also attached to the bottom of the census form and may be acquired for $12 or $9 if your pet is spayed or neutered.
