MATTAPOISETT — Kids, parents and school administrators celebrated the power of living healthy on Jan. 23 with a Health and Wellness Night.
The night included a showcase of the healthy food that the school provides, an indoor gaga pit, where children could play a dodgeball-like game, a karate demonstration by The Pound Martial Arts studio, a healthy cleaning products demonstration, and a talk on childhood anxiety by Dr. Steven J. Mendes, MD of Wareham Pediatrics.
