Planter Angels needed to help water, maintain plantings

MARION — The Marion Garden Group is looking for help as they work to beautify the town.
In addition to maintaining gardens and window boxes, the group also cares for 15 large planters throughout town.
The group is looking for volunteers to join the Planter Angel teams to help with this effort.
Planter Angels are assigned to one planter. These volunteers work with their team to make sure the planter is properly watered and tended. This can even be a family project.
The effort would require an hour a week. Anyone able to help is asked to email mariongardengroup@gmail.com.
