Oct 25, 2015
Trick or treaters got a head start on Halloween Saturday as the businesses at Plumb Corner Mall hosted their annual party. Kids were dressed to impress in creative costumes, and they had plenty of Halloween-themed activities to do, from pumpkin and cookie decorating to bubbles with Vinny from the Toe Jam Puppet Band.
