The First Congregational Church of Rochester will hold two holiday-related events in November and December. The first is their Thanksgiving Fellowship Dinner on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 22. Doors open at noon and a free, traditional, homemade dinner will be served at 1:00 pm.

In an effort to be sure that no one has to eat alone on Thanksgiving, the church invites individuals, families or other groups of all sizes to attend the dinner. The congregational church limits the number of diners to 100. To register for the Fellowship Dinner, call the church office at 508-763-4314.

On Saturday, Dec. 1 from 5 to 9 p.m. the First Congregational Church is offering free babysitting by CORI-checked church members so parents can get Christmas shopping done.

The church will provide dinner and make Christmas cookies and some surprises for Mom and Dad.
