Dr. Jennifer Francis and Dr. Chad McGuire will present "Marion's Future: Preparing for Climate Change" on Monday, June 13 at 5:30 p.m. on the Beverly Yacht Club Terrace.

Francis, a Marion resident, is a professor of atmospheric science with the Rutgers University Department of Marine and Coastal Science. Her topic of discussion will be "Climate Change is Happening Here and Now."

Dr. McGuire is professor of environmental policy at UMass Dartmouth. He will discuss "A Resilient Marion: Rising to the Challenge of Climate Change."
